Today I am going to touch on a slightly different method of making money other than Google AdSense, which is promoting health products as an affiliate or health affiliate marketing. I am sure some of you have heard of or at some stage even made money from promoting digital products from Clickbank.
Well, there are similar affiliate networks to help you promote health related tangible products. This is an extremely lucrative market with great commissions and a wide range of products available to promote in a variety of health related niches.
Which networks can I use to promote health products?
I started promoting health products in December last year on one my existing AdSense niche site and made a few sales almost immediately with upto 50% payout on a combined order. Considering that majority of the health products start at $50, you are looking at some pretty decent payouts even with a 5-10 sales a day! (although it may take some time to get to that level)
So here are a couple of the health affiliate networks I have had success with so far:

Signing with these networks should be relatively straightforward but make sure that you at least have one decent niche site in place to ensure quick account approval.
Some of the advantages of promoting health products over digital products are extremely good conversions and low refund rates. Markethealth provides a network a 50+ vendors in popular niches like weight loss, hair loss, body building and many more.
Majority of vendors on both Markethealth and moreniche have exceptionally high quality landing pages and high converting offers. From an affiliate’s perspective, you job is not to sell the product but simply re-direct your visitors to offer pages and let the vendors do the selling for you.
How to go about promoting health products?
The best and most effective way in my opinion is still using the niche site model to promote the offers. I find that review style websites tend to convert better. For eg if your are promoting a promoting weight loss product called “superweightlosspills” I would tend to go for keywords which may be targeting visitors looking for legitimacy of such a product.
You are more than likely going to find keywords like “superweightlosspills scam” or “superweightlosspills review” and from that point on you can simply build a niche site targeting those keywords, a product review and your affiliate offer.
Which are the best health products to promote?
Both markethealth and moreniche send out regular emails to affiliates with a list of high converting offers in various niches but generally speaking I tend to go after niches targeting a specific health condition instead of just a popular and generic weight loss or hair loss product.
